Amazon integration
Amazon orders from 10 European marketplaces – in one list
Orders from Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Belgium, Ireland and the United Kingdom arrive in the same list as every other channel's. They take the goods out of stock, and the system sends nothing to Amazon.

01 Connecting
How do I connect Amazon?
In the settings you enter your Amazon Selling Partner app's “Login with Amazon” details: Client ID, Client Secret and access token (refresh token). Then you tick which European marketplaces to fetch orders from.
- Each ticked marketplace becomes a separate sales channel with its own currency: euro, złoty, kronor or pounds
- An unticked marketplace is switched off, but its orders and history stay
- For orders to arrive with the buyer's name and address, your Amazon app needs permission to see personal data. The integration page reminds you

How do orders arrive from Amazon?
By themselves, every two hours from each ticked marketplace, into the same list as your other channels. If you need them sooner, one button fetches them.
- Pending, unfulfillable and already canceled new orders are not created, and an existing order is updated
- A shipped Amazon order becomes shipped in the system, and the status never goes backwards
- Total, currency, taxes and shipping cost come from Amazon, and the VAT rate is chosen by the delivery country
- The buyer's card is created or updated by e-mail address. If Amazon later hides the buyer's details, they are not deleted in the system
Every 2 hours – from each marketplace

03 Stock
Does an Amazon order take goods out of stock?
Yes. When an order line is recognized by your product code (SKU) or ASIN, a paid order takes the goods out of stock, and a canceled one puts them back.
- Unrecognized lines are still imported so you can issue an invoice. A separate report shows which products still need linking
- Changed stock is not sent to Amazon: you manage it yourself in the Amazon seller panel
Recognized – stock taken off in the system
04 History
How do I see what came from each marketplace?
Every fetch is recorded in the history: when, from which marketplace, how many new and updated orders. Expand a row to see each Amazon order beside its order in the system.
- You can fetch one marketplace on its own or all at once
- An error in one marketplace does not stop the others

Selling on Amazon in Europe? Gather your orders in one place
Once connected, orders arrive by themselves. The system is ready within a few minutes.
What the system does not do with Amazon
The Amazon integration only fetches orders. Everything else stays in the Amazon seller panel.
- It sends nothing to Amazon: no stock, prices, products or shipping confirmation
- It does not tell FBA orders apart from ones shipped from your warehouse: both take stock off in the system
- It does not read Amazon's fee, payout or return reports
- There is no Buy Box tracking or price suggestions for Amazon
- Only European marketplaces can be chosen
- Orders arrive every two hours, not instantly
