AI for your shop

Product descriptions and translations prepared by AI

AI also fills in channel cards and suggests prices, and all that is left for you is to review and approve. Three things work together: Copilot in your system, your own AI assistant, and the approval list everything passes through.

No product is published or changed without your approval

What it takes over

Jobs that take a whole week today

Specific jobs you now do by hand every week.

  • 200 new products from a supplier's spreadsheet

Describing a new delivery takes a week: titles, specifications, categories.

An AI agent prepares drafts with variants, and you review and approve them.

  • The same product on Pigu, Varle and your own shop

Every marketplace wants its own fields, its own category and its own title format.

You describe the product once, and for each channel the AI suggests its title, price and marketplace fields.

  • Descriptions for Latvia, Estonia, Finland

Translations take time and money, and there are ten languages.

For a channel that sells in another language, AI writes the text in that market's language.

  • Why a listing is not going out

A marketplace rejects a card, and you have to dig the reason out of a list of errors.

Ask Copilot – you get a list of products with the exact reason beside each one.

  • What sold and what is about to run out

To answer, you have to put a report together.

You ask in plain words and get the answer with figures, which you can download.

  • Prices change at night too

The Buy Box on the Pigu and PHH marketplaces changes around the clock.

Price suggestions are prepared every hour. A price changes only when you approve it.

Copilot

Ask your system in plain words

Copilot is the AI assistant inside your system that you can ask in plain language. It sees your products, orders, customers, invoices, stock and marketplace errors, so it answers with figures, not advice.

  • Ask in plain language: what sells best, where an order is stuck, what is wrong with your Pigu cards
  • It answers with figures from your own data and lets you download them as a CSV file
  • Ask it to change a product and it shows a “before – after” card with Approve and Reject buttons
  • It never changes a product by itself

Your AI agent

Connect your own AI assistant

An AI agent is your own AI assistant (for example Claude or ChatGPT) that you allow to work in your system. MCP is the standard way to connect an AI assistant to a system and set what it may do.

What the agent can do

Reads

  • Products, their stock and categories
  • Orders, customers and invoices
  • Sales statistics for a chosen period
  • Channel status and sync errors
  • Allegro categories and catalog

Prepares

  • Drafts of new products – one at a time or hundreds
  • Product groups with variants
  • Photos from links
  • Pricing rules for a product or a whole channel

Suggests

  • Changes to a product you already sell – only as a suggestion
  • Copying a main product's details to its variants
  • A marketplace's own title, price, texts and fields

Connected in three steps

  1. You create an access

In your system's settings you choose whether the agent only reads or may also prepare. The key is shown once.

  2. You connect your assistant

Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client connects to your own address, which ends in “/mcp”.

  3. You work in the chat

You say what needs doing. The result appears in the approval list, not on a marketplace.

You approve

Nothing is published or changed without your approval

It is not a setting that can be switched off by accident. The system is built this way: AI can prepare, but only a person can publish.

  • Nothing is published

Every product an agent creates is a draft. It goes to no channel until you approve it.

  • A product you sell does not change

Any edit to a product you already sell – by Copilot or by an agent – becomes a suggestion. The product stays as it was until you press Approve.

  • Green, yellow, red

Before approval every draft is checked: a currency not converted, an EAN that does not match the main product, broken photo links, empty required marketplace fields.

  • One at a time or all at once

Select the green ones with one click and approve them together, and take the yellow and red ones one by one.

What the AI cannot do

A short, exact list.

  • It cannot publish a product on a channel – you do that.
  • It cannot change the description or price of a product you already sell. It can only suggest.
  • It does not touch orders, customers or invoices: there are simply no tools for that.
  • It can edit a draft it created itself without separate approval – that draft is still published nowhere.
  • It can change a pricing rule, but the price itself does not change without your approval.

Access security

AI sees only what you allow

Every access has its own permissions, its own key and its own trail in the history.

  • Permissions you grant

Each access is either read-only, or read-and-prepare. There is no third option.

  • The key is shown once

After that only its hash is kept, so not even we could recover the key. You can revoke access at any time.

  • Everything stays in the history

An agent's actions are recorded just like a person's – you see who prepared what and when.

  • Connected over OAuth 2.1

You approve the connection in your own system. Only PKCE S256 is used, and refresh tokens change every time.

What leaves your system

Copilot's answers and translations are produced by Google Gemini. It is called with your own API key, which you enter in your system's settings, and only what the question needs goes to Gemini: the product and order data you see in the conversation. What Google does with that text is set by your agreement with Google. Without a key you simply have no AI features – everything else works as before.

How all your other data is protected

Technical details

If you connect it yourself or have a developer.

  • The MCP address is in your own system and ends in “/mcp”
  • OAuth 2.1: dynamic client registration, PKCE S256 only, rotating refresh tokens
  • Two scopes: “crm:read” and “crm:write”
  • 33 tools – 22 for reading and 11 for preparing
  • For anything MCP does not cover there is REST API v1 with access keys

Questions

What people most often ask about the AI

Will the AI change my products without asking me?

No. Everything Copilot or an agent prepares lands in the approval list. New products stay drafts and go to no channel, and edits to products you already sell become suggestions. Until you press Approve, a buyer sees nothing new.

Which AI assistants can I connect?

Any that supports MCP – for example Claude or ChatGPT. MCP is the standard way to connect an AI assistant to a system and set what it may do. That way, nothing extra has to be built for a new assistant.

Does the AI cost extra?

No. Copilot, agent access and the approval list are in every plan – plans differ only in their limits.

Are AI models trained on my data?

Copilot and translation texts are processed by Google Gemini. The system calls it with your own API key, which you enter in your system's settings. What Google does with that text is set by your agreement with Google – we cannot speak for them. Only what the question needs goes to Gemini: the product and order data you see in the conversation.

Do I have to use the AI?

No. If you connect no agent and never open Copilot, you work as before – handling products, orders, shipments and invoices yourself.

Which languages does it write in?

Lithuanian, English, Latvian, Estonian, Finnish, German, Polish, French, Spanish and Italian. The channel decides the language: for the Latvian market the text is written in Latvian.

What if the AI writes nonsense?

That is what the approval list is for. Every draft is also marked green, yellow or red, so you can see which ones deserve a closer read. A rejected suggestion leaves nothing behind.

Who do I contact if connecting fails?
