PHH Group runs four marketplaces: pigu.lt in Lithuania, 220.lv in Latvia, kaup24.ee in Estonia and hobbyhall.fi in Finland. You connect all four with one set of login details. Orders from every marketplace arrive in one list, and stock, prices and product cards go back out when you change a product in the system.

01 Connecting

How do I connect Pigu and the other PHH marketplaces?

You connect all four marketplaces with one set of PHH Group login details. In the settings you enter your username, password and seller ID – no developer needed.

  • You choose the date to import orders from. Older orders are not brought over
  • Each marketplace gets its texts in its own language: Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian or Finnish

02 Orders

How do orders arrive from Pigu?

By themselves, every two hours from each marketplace, into the same order list as your other channels. If you need them sooner, one button fetches them.

  • Unpaid and canceled orders are not created in the system
  • A returned or canceled order puts the goods back into stock
  • Status follows PHH: a confirmed order becomes paid, a completed one becomes shipped
  • Once a day every order since the import date is read again, so no change slips through

03 Stock and prices

How are stock and prices updated on Pigu?

When you save a product, a changed stock level, price, sale price or delivery time goes to PHH straight away. Stock that changes because of orders is sent every hour.

  • When stock drops below zero, PHH is sent 0
  • A product is matched to its PHH offer by offer ID, product code or barcode (EAN)
  • The sync history shows both sides' figures, so you can check an “already up to date”
  • You can set a separate title and price for each marketplace

04 Product cards

How do product cards reach pigu.lt, 220.lv, kaup24.ee and hobbyhall.fi?

You describe a product once, and the system builds a card for each marketplace from it: category, title, description, attributes, photos and package dimensions. Changes are sent to PHH within a few minutes, and PHH then reviews the card itself.

  • A product with variants, such as colors or sizes, is sent as one card
  • The title is built by that PHH category's rule
  • AI translates the descriptions into Latvian, Estonian and Finnish if a Google AI key is entered in the settings. If a translation fails, the card waits and is not sent in Lithuanian
  • Manufacturer safety details (GPSR) are taken from your manufacturer list

05 Checks

What is checked before a product goes to PHH?

A product is not sent to PHH until it meets PHH's requirements: the system saves it and shows what is missing. Once you fix it, the product is sent by itself.

  • Checked: title, a description without emoji, price, photos, package weight and dimensions, attributes, PHH category and manufacturer safety details
  • Waiting products are checked again every hour and each time you save them
  • Every night the system reads PHH's quality notes for all cards and shows them in Lithuanian
  • Some notes have a fix button: AI prepares a draft title or description, and you approve it in the approval list
  • If PHH rejects a card for a reason a resend will not fix, the system explains why and waits for your correction. Permission to sell in a category is checked once a day, because PHH opens categories on request

06 Buy Box

How does the system watch the Buy Box and suggest prices?

Every hour the system records who holds the Buy Box. If you switch price suggestions on, it prepares price changes by your rules, and a price changes only once you approve it.

  • Rules: minimum margin, maximum discount, a price ceiling and the largest single change
  • Suggestions from one check are grouped, so you review them together
  • Price suggestions stay off until you switch them on

07 Linking

Already selling on Pigu? Your existing offers are linked

The system finds your existing PHH offers and shows which product to link each one to: by code or barcode, or by title where those are missing. You confirm or skip each link.

  • Linking sends nothing to PHH. The title and price from PHH are kept as that marketplace's values
  • From the moment of linking, the system sets your stock on PHH: the next hourly update sends your stock level. Check it before you link

What the system does not do with PHH

So you know in advance what stays in the PHH seller panel.

  • It does not send order status or the tracking number to PHH
  • It does not change prices by itself, it only suggests them
  • New cards do not appear instantly: they are sent within a few minutes, and PHH then reviews them
  • Not every PHH quality note has an automatic fix
