How orders arrive
Orders from connected channels arrive by themselves: from Shopify every 5 minutes, from WooCommerce every 15 minutes, from PHH, Allegro, Varle and Amazon every 2 hours. All orders are in one list, “Orders”, in the “Sales” menu section. To see the orders of one channel, choose the channel in the “All channels” filter.
Statuses and stock
You change the status on the order page with the “Change status” button. In the list, you change the status with the pencil next to it.
- “New” – Prekio does not change stock.
- “Paid” – Prekio takes the goods out of stock. The first time, Prekio asks which warehouse to use.
- “Packed” and “Shipped” – Prekio takes the goods out of stock if it has not done so yet. Prekio never takes the same goods out two times.
- “Returned” and “Revoked” – Prekio puts the goods back into the same warehouse.
If you set an order back to “New”, the goods do not go back to stock. For a canceled order, choose “Revoked”.
An order entered by hand
To enter an order taken by phone or in a shop, press “New order”. Required data: the buyer's e-mail or phone, the payment method and at least one product. Prekio finds the buyer by e-mail or creates a new buyer card.
Connecting couriers
Prekio creates shipping labels for DPD, LP Express (Lithuanian Post's parcel service) and Smartpost. Before you create the first label:
- On the “Integrations” page, on the “Delivery” card, press “Configure”.
- Fill in “Pickup (sender) address”. If you leave the field blank, Prekio uses the company address.
- Next to your courier, press the gear button.
- Enter the login details from your courier contract and press “Save”.
Until you enter the courier details, Prekio creates only a test label. Use it only for a test, not for a parcel.
The shipping label
When you create a label, Prekio changes the order status to “Shipped”. Prekio marks a WooCommerce order as completed. Prekio marks a Shopify order as shipped and adds the parcel number.
- On the order page, on the “Delivery and tracking” card, choose the courier.
- Press “Generate label”.
- Check the recipient details. If the buyer chose a parcel locker, Prekio shows it. Choose this parcel locker in the list. Prekio calculates the weight from the product weights.
- Press “Generate label”. A PDF file opens for printing. The parcel number appears on the order.
