How to connect Allegro

Login details

You connect Allegro, the Polish online marketplace, through your own Allegro app (Allegro Developer). You need three values from it: “Client ID”, “Client Secret” and a user-approved “Refresh Token”.

1. 1 In the “Settings” menu section, open “Integrations”.
2. 2 On the “Allegro” card, press “Configure”.
3. 3 Press the gear button (“Login details”).
4. 4 On the “Login” tab, enter the “Client ID”, “Client Secret” and “Refresh Token”.
5. 5 On the “Synchronization” tab, set the date from which Prekio brings in orders. If you leave the field blank, Prekio brings in the orders of the last 30 days.
6. 6 Press “Save”. Prekio creates the Allegro channel automatically.

A “Refresh Token” is valid for about 90 days. The page shows how many days are left. Before it expires, generate a new “Refresh Token” and enter it. If you do not know how to get one, write to us.

Categories and shipping

After you save the login details, open “Categories and shipping” in the same window. Set the default “Shipping rate table” and the GPSR manufacturer details. You link Allegro categories to Prekio categories in the “Categories” menu, on the “Channel mapping” tab. You can also do this when you create a product.

Prekio converts prices to złoty at the European Central Bank rate. Prekio rounds the prices to whole złoty. You can enter your own PLN price when you create a product.

If you already have listings on Allegro

1. 1 On the Allegro page, press “Link unlinked”.
2. 2 Prekio suggests matches by EAN and product code. Approve a correct match. If the match is not correct, find the product with the search, skip the listing or create a new Prekio product from it.
3. 3 On the “Listings” tab, linked products show “Waiting for stock confirmation”. Check their Prekio stock.
4. 4 Press “Confirm Prekio stock”. The “Confirm all” button confirms all products at once.

Until you confirm the stock, Prekio does not change the Allegro stock. Thus a newly connected system without stock entered yet does not sell out your listings.

New listings

When you create a product, tick “Allegro” under “Where will we sell?”. Set the category and the shipping rate table. Prekio creates the listing as a draft, and you publish it yourself. If you tick “When ready – publish an active listing straight away”, Prekio publishes the listing at once.

Allegro checks the EAN check digit. Allegro does not create a listing with an incorrect barcode. Prekio shows you this error in advance.

What is sent, and when

Orders arrive every 2 hours. Prekio sends stock every hour. Prekio sends changed listing texts and photos every 5 minutes.
