How to connect Varle.lt

The product feed link

Varle.lt, a Lithuanian online marketplace, takes your products and stock itself from your Prekio XML feed. You only give Varle the feed link.

1. 1 In the “Settings” menu section, open “Integrations”.
2. 2 On the “Varle” card, press “Configure”.
3. 3 On the “Feed link” card, press “Configure”. If there is no channel yet, press “Create feed URL”.
4. 4 Copy the “XML Feed URL”.
5. 5 Paste this link in the Varle seller portal, in the marketplace section.

“Renew token” creates a new link. The old link stops working at once. Then enter the new link in the Varle portal too.

Orders

Orders need a different key from the feed. This key is the “API Bearer Token”, and you get it from Varle. On the “Order fetching” card, press “Configure”. Enter the key and the date from which Prekio brings in orders. After that, orders arrive by themselves every 2 hours. The “Get orders” button gets them at once.

Which products go into the feed

When you create a product, tick „Varlė.lt“ (Varle.lt) under “Where will we sell?”. For a product you already have, open its page. In the “Marketplaces” row, press „Varlė“ (Varle). Switch on “Sell – …” and press “Save”. A product needs a name, price, description, photos and category.

Delivery time

If a product has no delivery days of its own, the feed gives a general delivery time (for example „1-3 d.d.“ (1–3 working days)). You change the general time on the “Settings” page, on the “Channels” tab. Next to the „Varlė“ (Varle) channel, press “Configure”. Change “Delivery time” and press “Save settings”. If a product has its own delivery days, the feed uses them, not the general time.
