How to connect Pigu.lt, 220.lv, Kaup24.ee and HobbyHall.fi

Login details

All four PHH Group marketplaces – pigu.lt (Lithuania), 220.lv (Latvia), kaup24.ee (Estonia) and hobbyhall.fi (Finland) – need one set of login details. You got these details from PHH.

1. 1 In the “Settings” menu section, open “Integrations”.
2. 2 On the “PHH Group” card, press “Configure”.
3. 3 Press the gear button (“Login details”).
4. 4 Enter the “Username”, “Password” and “Seller ID”. Keep “Production” selected.
5. 5 In the “Import orders from” field, set the date from which Prekio brings in orders.
6. 6 Press “Save”.

Create the marketplace channels

In Prekio, each marketplace is a separate sales channel. When you save the login details, Prekio does not create the channels. Create channels for the marketplaces you sell on:

1. 1 On the “Settings” page, open the “Channels” tab and press “Add channel”.
2. 2 In the “Integration” field, choose “PHH Group”.
3. 3 In the “Code (SKU prefix)” field, enter the exact marketplace code: phh_lt (pigu.lt), phh_lv (220.lv), phh_ee (kaup24.ee) or phh_fi (hobbyhall.fi).
4. 4 In the “Name” field, enter the marketplace address, for example pigu.lt. Choose the marketplace language and currency.
5. 5 Press “Save”.

Enter the code exactly as given. Because of this code, orders arrive by themselves. With a different code you would have to get the orders by hand, with the button.

If you already sell on PHH

1. 1 On the PHH Group page, open the “Offers” tab and press “Link unlinked”.
2. 2 Prekio suggests matches by product code and barcode. Approve a correct match with “Confirm”. If the match is not correct, find the product with the search or press “Skip”.
3. 3 If you sell on several marketplaces, switch to the next marketplace and do the steps again.

Linking sends nothing to PHH. Prekio only records that the product is sold on that marketplace.

Categories

PHH accepts a product only with one of its own categories. You link each Prekio category one time. Open the “Categories” menu, the “Channel mapping” tab. Choose the marketplace. For each category, press “Link” or approve the suggestion. You can also choose the category when you create a product. Prekio saves it to the same link.

What is sent, and when

Orders arrive every 2 hours. Prekio sends stock to PHH every hour, and changed product cards every 5 minutes. PHH does not process new cards at once. Thus a new product appears on PHH after some time.

On the “Actions” card you can start the same tasks by hand: “Get orders”, “Send stock”, “Publish products”.
